Infest It is a Unity package that allows you to create realistic insect swarms for your scenes. It includes a cockroach model with animations, a spider model with animations, and a scene with all package content. Each effect is scalable and customizable, allowing you to adjust particle size, swarm size, particle count, and more. The package also features an optimized and scalable pathfinding system that enables insects to navigate complex environments without compromising performance. It is compatible with HDRP, URP, and Built-In rendering pipelines.
Notable performance can be achieved, but precise pathfinding and high entity counts may impact CPU load. Future updates will offload these calculations to the GPU for improved efficiency.
