The JU Foot Placement package enables you to create realistic character movements with ease. With just one click or drag and drop, you can make your character's foot and body adapt to any surface or terrain. This system works with humanoid models recognized by Mecanim and supports any animation, including idle, walking, or running animations. The package includes a character controller with walk, jump, and running systems, as well as a complete camera system with collision detection. The foot height is calculated in real-time based on the animation, eliminating the need for animation curves.
The system works with models that have a humanoid rig recognized by Mecanim and supports Unity's built-in IK. It does not work with models that do not have a humanoid structure. The setup process is straightforward, requiring only one click or drag and drop without additional setup. The system is compatible with any animation, including idle, walking, or running animations.
