SimKit is a comprehensive framework for building tile-based games. Its modular setup allows you to create a wide range of games, from strategy games like Civilization to detective games. With SimKit, you can generate custom-sized tile grids, choose between square and hexagonal tiles, and create multiple tile types. The framework also includes features like turn controls, player and NPC units, minimap, fog of war, resource management, tooltips, and camera control.
