Layered Rocks is part of the StampIT! Collection, a set of high-resolution 4K heightmap stamps and brushes. These heightmap textures can be used as brushes with Unity terrain tools to paint features on your Unity terrain. The asset includes 25 high-quality textures and brush presets, but does not include terrain textures. It is compatible with MicroVerse and other assets like MicroVerse, Gaia, Map Magic 2, Atlas, and Vista. The collection is a free upgrade for those who purchased the Rugged Rocks asset.
Stamping features on the terrain is a process supported by Unity out of the box. The Unity terrain tools provide a brush preview to adjust stamps in detail before applying them. The free Unity Terrain Tools package can be installed via Package Manager to extend the terrain tools palette. For complete terrains, including textures, World Creator is a recommended application.
